Running habit - your "insurance" for better health.

As many of you know I am an ardent and avid recreational runner. I love to run for the purely mental benefits. I also like to run because of the positive feedback I receive from my primary care doctor. He told me after my last check-up, how important exercise (of all types - not just running) and diet are for good health check-ups.

So if you exercise regularly, keep it up its like having a free supplemental insurance policy!
